1. Health & Safety
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including kennel cough.
Please do not bring your dog if they are unwell, have open wounds, ear infections, or contagious conditions.
Dogs must have an Introductory First Swim before booking regular sessions.
Owners are responsible for informing staff of any medical issues, mobility problems, or behavioural concerns before swimming.
Dogs must remain under control at all times and on a lead outside the pool area.
2. Supervision & Responsibility
Our staff are trained in canine first aid and water safety, and will assist if you book an assisted swim. For unassisted swims there must be one person over the age of 18 in the water for every 2 dogs.
You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour while on site. Any damage caused to property or equipment may be charged for.
Life jackets are provided and must be used on all dogs.
No under 16's in the Pool Area.
Maximum of 2 people attending per booking.
3. Pool Rules
Please ensure your dog is clean before swimming. Muddy dogs will not be permitted into the pool and no refunds for wasted bookings will not be given.
Dogs should relieve themselves before their session. Accidents in the pool may result in a cleaning charge and session termination. Please use our outside area to encourage them to go to the toilet before entering the building.
Please ensure dogs have not eaten within 3 hours prior to their pool session.
Toys are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your dog’s own (please ensure they’re clean and safe for water use).
No food or treats should be given around the pool area.
Pool water is not for drinking- yes dogs will naturally consume some whilst swimming and this is fine, but this is a salt pool and large quantities are not good for them.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session can be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel due to maintenance or safety reasons, you’ll be offered a full refund or alternative date.
5. Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment, swimming is a physical activity and participation is at the owner’s own risk.
K9 Adventures and its staff cannot be held responsible for injury, illness, or accidents occurring during or after pool use.
6. Photography & Social Media
We love sharing happy swimmers! With your permission, we may take photos or videos for our social media pages.
Please let us know if you’d prefer your dog not to be photographed.
7. Arrival & Facilities
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your booking time. Clients can enter the changing room 5 minutes prior to their session start time, and have 5 minutes in the exit changing room after their swim session, and 20 minutes in the dogwash area if using this facility.
Late arrivals may have their session shortened to ensure the next slot runs on time.
By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
