How It Works
Swimming with us is simple, safe, and stress-free:
First Time Introductory Swim – a 30-minute orientation and assisted swim session where we show you around, explain the safety rules, introduce your dog to the pool and equipment, and go through the entry/exit procedures.
30-minute private slots – sessions are for one dog and up to 2 humans, 1 extra dog from same household can be added. These can be unassisted swims or assisted swims if you'd prefer a little help!
Doggy shower – dogwash facilities available to wash and dry them before heading home with a happy, tired pup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my dog swim if they've never swum before?
Yes, all dogs must book an assisted swim for their first visit. We will help introduce your dog to the water and teach you how to have fun safely with your dog.
Do I need to get in the pool with my dog?
There must be a person over the age of 18 assisting in the water with the dogs, if you are not confident to go in yourself with your dog book an assisted swim and a member of staff will accompany them in the water. No under 16's allowed in the pool room.
Can I wash my dog off after?
Yes, there is a self-service dogwash on site which is £8 for 20 minutes if booked with your swim, or £12 as a standalone service/booked on the day. This includes shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer. If you If you do not want to do it yourself you can contact our onsite groomer Mills & Trix on 07506 044319 to book in for a bath and brush or full groom after their swim.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a towel for your dog and yourself! We supply life jackets and plenty of toys! We recommend crocs or something similar around the pool area. When swimming with the dogs it is best to keep arms and legs covered as they can quite easily catch you with their nails.
